err, ... they would be genera if we're going to do the Latin thing.

Oh, and I collected a big bumblebee at speed right in the middle at of the visor many years ago. Nearly shit myself

Cars, bout 20-30... mirrors anyway, and a couple with lasting results!
Possums, mainly dead ones, why do they die on my lines?
Birds, bout 3 but only two major hits.
    Ditches, very bad!
Trees/hedgers, when the ditchers don’t stop me.
    A dog, he was ok...
    My son, heh heh heh...
And my wife, not as funny, also not funny to spit them off the back of dirt bikes...
Nearly hit a cow, opted for a tree instead.
    Other bikes.
Other riders after they have been hit by other bikes!
And the ground, lots, who keeps putting it there?
    500,000,000,000 bugs.
We all have our little obsessions...

    Various birds.
Possums, one while cranked over at max with pillion!
    Rabbits, don't even feel those.
A sheep on a GSXR1100. I stayed on, the sheep was killed. (3 witnesses saw it happen, I guess I was the trail sweeper that day!)
The secret of surviving running into an animal sheep size or smaller is NEVER BE BRAKING ON IMPACT chances are you will go down if you are braking on impact.
If possible, brake 1st to scrub off speed, smash it down a gear then wrench the throttle open just before impact, works best on big powerfull bikes. I aimed for the back of the sheep and using this technique and punched it straight off the road. The bike just weaved a bit and came back under full control quite quickly Oh yeah, don't panic.

    eek pigeons hurt

My Daughters other half races Ducati's in the superstox series in the U K and last year he hit a big fat pigeon at around 160mph it put him in hospital for four days,he said he saw it take off as he layed down into the corner and the impact was just like being hit in the face with a baseball bat,it didn't break his visor though which was cool, and he didn't fall off and managed to keep control of the bike till the pain kicked in...
If I can find out how to post the photo taken when he came out of hospital I'll put it up (not a pretty sight,it broke his nose very badly)

I Killed a cat once when it ran across the road and smashed into my right foot at about 80 miles an hour,my foot was unbelievably bruised even though I was wearing leather boots.. I found pieces of cat in various parts of the bike for weeks afterwards YUK
My carbon footprint stretches to the horizon....but I'm not a bad person....
