I have been hit by a brick coming off a trailer, A starling straight into the bicep at 160k, I honestly thought i had been shot. A Weka feed it self through the spokes of my trail bike at 100 odd kph, damn that was messy and smelly. and one day while leaving my XR unattended while fishing, a cow decided to scratch an itch on it, pushed it over and then proceded to walk all over it.

fuck, put me gsx750 into the side of a boat, yup bike finished up against the inboard motor of the boat, huh ,i finished up in hamilton hospital, three weeks in traction, haha, fucken army brass pulled out of the army camp just out of te rapa straights and didn't see a bike doing 100km's, my chioce either through the land drover or frideglass boat,, can't jump between the boat and landdrover, so decide to just jump off bike as we hit the boat,, yup cleared the boat no worries, it was just the rough landing about 40mtrs down the road, that fucked me up,,
however all good cause this army brass brought me a brand new gsx 750,, saved him going to court, and big fine haha, settled out of court and me with no insurance,,,so new bike and 500 bucks cash, yea,, plus 4months on acc, all good:

Hit by a fox terrier on an old trailie (when I was age 16) on a loose metal road, RIP the foxy and I still have evidence of embroidery on my right elbow (Also my first flying experience).
Ran into a mob of cows (about 130 Kays on an old H2 750) around the same era as the Foxy incident. RIP one cow, a nice wee stay in hospital for me and also forced into the market for a new bike..!
Took a bird (unknown kind) square in the face (100 kays+ on GSX 1100) about 8 years ago , RIP the bird (estimated by the gore on my helmet) made a hell of a bang, saw a few stars, and just about knocked me off as well.
Took in a Big seagull on # 2 engine on a BAe 146 a few years back. Didn't feel a thing but, it made a huge bang, damn near shook the thing off the wing and sprinlked bits of titanium all over the Invercargil farmland. Guess it spoilt the Gull's day as well.
If you love it, let it go. If it comes back to you, you've just high-sided!

Got sparrowed at 140 on my FZR, I thought I was going to die, the pain was unreal. Hit a pedestrian, who then shoved money in my lap, hit a wing mirror on a beemer, and hit a rabbit in the forest 3 weeks ago.

I've hit a variety of things over the years - and they seem to have gotten smaller over time (thank God)

My first was a Concrete truck parked on the side of the road... (I was going slow, but the truck didn't seem to notice the impact at all!)

The second was a drunk guy that ran out in front of me.

beyond that it's the usual - rocks on the road, birds, bugs...

I feel rather inferior here! Some of you guys have had such incredible experiences! All I've hit are Bugs, bugs and more bugs! Biggest was a Bumble Bee - felt and sounded like a rock!
You don't get to be an old dog without learning a few tricks.
Shorai Powersports batteries are very trick!

Had the exact opposite to you!
the I was stationary and the concrete truck tit me. It shortened my bike by about 1m and sent me almost vertical, and on to the bonnet of a car stationary in the other direction. a fitting, and welcome end to my gpz305. out of that came a new set of leathers, helmet and a near new RD350ypvs :-)

Knicked counted as hitting? Kneeslidered a few cars/trucks and busses on the fxr a few times (just running out of room :x) and on my bike a few times too. Mirrors included, closest to an actual 'hit' was when I had a little incident involving a van pulling into my lane, what a lovely scratch he had the whole way down his van. Whoops. Still a big white patch on my right (and only remaining) mirror to this day.

Hit a bird once, didn't get nailed though as it was flying same direction. Bumble bees blah blah. Usual sort of 'attacks' by insecta.
