A milestone is achieved

I realised today that I have made a true milestone in life...

I recall reaching that milestone in my motorcycling, especially overcoming the reluctance of wet weather riding. I too own a car as well as a bike, the car is *necessary* sometimes, but i don't compare my 'driving' with my 'riding' because i simply don't drive that fast whereas on the bike i'm gone!!

The only thing i can put this down to...is that I have become a true biker...and not a poser anymore.

Fair enuf...but when you're ready to step on to a 600 or thou you'll probly realise that you're still indeed a poser!

I rode a cbr from tauranga to auckland for a mate, at night, in a storm, while he drove behind listening to the radio(no bike license). Wouldn't have traded places with him if he wanted me to I must be nuts...
