Been waiting for ducati to set the lead and bring out a bike that they can get back that whole 'ducatis are the fasterest' etc lable. Alot of people know someone who has a ducati, and to the general public they are the fastest (even though they might not be). Hopefully this bike can be the one to do that again.

Sweet! Looks tasty too, something to rival the f4 1000

edit: okay yes I JUST CREAMED MY PANTS AND TRIED TO NOT GET TOO EXCITED. One day.... sigh.

Very sweet bike. But if they bring out the 1200 they are talking about for the road that may be the more realistic one (financially) to go for. Still a lot though.

Hardly worth comparing when you consider ownership costs and availability. Love the bike, don't get me wrong. But to say it's the best or fastest is hardly fair.

It absolutely has to be the fastest, best handling bike out there... otherwise, at that price, it's an embarrasment.

The Duc' site said something about only producing one of these per day.
$100k-plus buys you ultra-exclusivity down at the local...
    Keep it rubber-side down...

Ownership costs... I was very taken with the Ducatis until I was talking to a mechanic mate servicing an ST3, (I think), and found out what was involved in replacing the belts! Obviously the old two valve motors are simpler, but the cost and time for the service left me

Shorai Powersports batteries are very trick!

Is this HOT or what?! The standard one and the one with the white stripe are great looking but this race rep one really does it for me!
