Saying hi to my Kiwi buds!

    Hi All,

I'm the San Franciscan who was there visiting and did the Coromandel Loop with a bunch of you back in February. See here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/jonbaue...7594069037774/

    ...and... http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...ad.php?t=24317

I miss NZ, although I hear that you guys have it a bit chilly these days! I've been doing a ton of riding in the Bay area! Sorry, not trying to rub salt in the wound! But... Here's some pix to keep you sated til it warms up there...

    Hope you are all well!

Talking of Kiwi buds, did you sample them while you were over?

Jon - how the hell are ya??

I'm heading your way buddy... probably 8/26 or so. You still ok to catch up (it's ok if no).

Tell Woz to get his arse back down here too - Telecom's turning to shite, internet services being unbundled etc... I expect he's keeping an eye on it but there's opportunity aplenty here if he steps in at just the right time... (seriously)

Dover - nope, would have liked to though...

MDU, hey dude! Of course - I'm looking forward to your visit! You have my digits, right? Yeah, I've been reading about the unbundling that's possibly going to happen there lately. Wow, big changes!

DemonWolf, wow - you live near that paradise? Lucky you! No plans to come back right now, although I will at some point for sure...

LOL - yeah unbundling... we've nearly made it into the '90s...

I laugh every time I get to anywhere with a full speed, uncapped broadband setup (and let's face it - that's 90% of the industrialised world)... it's so NIIIIICE to use.

Then I get home and - well... on the bright side I get time to make a coffee on a regular basis.

You aren't wrong there ManDownUnder... Just hopefully Telecom don't block other vendors putting in there own hardware. Things just may improve (in ten years or so)
