    thanks guys,

the little lady gained a couple of extra cc's over the winter now she has a bit more than 130ps at the rear wheel that's not bad for an old V-twin and if I get the throttle bodies machined and a proper dyno run together we might hit the 140mark

might be enough to scare most 916 riders and some jap riders as well

    take care

Nah, it's a motorcyclist thing! Good looking bike, and impressive power figure as well. Enjoy, although I'm sure you will.

have you tried moving the injector jets outside the chambers, its a mod that Fogarty did when he was running the Dukes in WSB a few years ago....gives more air and mixture.

JESUS NOW I HAVE SOME PORN FOR THE NIGHT THANKYOU.

Always loved these puppies and always wanted one, but for me 15-16k could get a 636 and I could be a sheep... or get one of these. Sigh.

What mods did you do to it, that's a decent amount of power outta that little thing.. sheesh. Not a ladies bike anymore eh?

they call them shower injectors and are pretty much standards for all duc's , R's and all race bikes, not really that good for low speed

    but you can't have everything

duc's either you love or hate them, if I don't care about the desing and the V twin story I would go for a new 750RRzuzi or R1 but here I am

good thing about late 748S or R's the have the same crank cases, lower ends .... as the big bikes (916, 996) just a bit of weight reduction and balancing for this part nessessary. heads are ported out to the end (vlv's untouched), compression up by .7, 853 big bore kit with pistal pistions, cam shafts retimed (lob center), lighter pulley's, lighter clutch I guess that's it for the engine. I have two EPROMs one for track use and the second one for the road, the track thing comes from Ioannoni and he is doing the engines for some duc SBK teams. The Road Eprom is from EVR and he is running two R's in the junior class. Ioannoni has one 853 running with 154ps , but you go nuts on puplic roads.

    take care
