Unhappy Parts wanted: kawa Kr 150

hey does anyone have a kawasaki Kr 150 which they don't want, or want to sell parts?

my stupid little bike won't get a WOF because the speedo isn't working...just had the cable replaced as well a month ago

anyhow the part i'm looking for is the speedo drive more specifically the small nylon part which drives the worm gear inside, but if anyone doesn't need the whole speedo drive then saves me looseing small parts when i take that apart

the quote i got from kawasaki is outa my price range and a 3 week wait while they bring it ova japan...it's like so small why doesn't someone just put it in their pocket or something when they go for a holiday here

anyhow thats all i need...wish i could jsut get a whole new bike

if anyone has one or knows where to get one 2nd hand please let me know

the bike is a 2000 kawasaki KR 150A...
You can ride a motorcycle any time of the month

It may be quicker and cheaper to fit a bicycle speedometer. Quite legal.

What was the price again? Something stupid for such a little bit of plastic I seem to remember. I could 'Lend' you my one if you needed a WoF in a hurry...
Maybe Stephen could bring a couple back to NZ for us.

Are bicycle speedos still legal on a motorbike if they don't illuminate when your other lights are turned on? (ie. can't be read at night).

Oddly, there is no requirement at all for instrument illumination.
