Looks like the problem with your photos being too large is the number of pixels as this site says max width 1280 I think, even though the size limit is 2mb or something. Here's one of the ones you sent me, I think it was one of Scrossers at 1600x1200 and I've knocked it down to half size.

I've done the Tangi to Himitangi bit (through the forest too...) but never to Foxton and beyond...

I have to go back now and study how to reduce the size of the rest of them.

Typical my work computer has stuff all software on it so I just used Microsoft Paintbrush - found under "Start" "Programs" "Accessories" "Paint" then loaded the file and tweaked it under "Image" "Stretch/skew" and then did 50% both horizontal and vertical (you can choose any number there) then saved the file at the smaller size of 800x600.
