Ok, 50+50+100+100+200+200+750+900 all divided by 8 = 293.75cc, but if I add the van it comes to an even 450

The race 50 does a genuine 286bhp/litre without any imaginary parts added.

I reckon the cc figure of a bike is as arbitrary as a person's age: e.g. my XR600 and my bro's GSXR600 are different in just about every way (aside from the fact that they are both motorcycles).

It was interesting to see the proportion of participants in 250 or less category though, quite a few!

I'm with Pete .....1100cc's is what pushes me through the air !! and I would be sure that his idea of what make people are riding would be interesting as well !!
A man can move much faster without a millstone around his neck, so if he gets the chance to lose her he'd better drop her and run like heck !! .. (10cc "Modern Man Blues" - Deceptive Bends)

The 400 is perfect for me, and a few after-market extras give it a lil more BHP

Gotta 400, wanted a 750+ cos i was used to riding a 955 triple, but the guy said this 400 was fast as a 900......i lost the bet, and got a quick little 400.

What? wheres the Duc. Mr B?

I find the F650 ideal for the type of ridding I normally do (including getting off the seal now and then)

Le Voxan with a stuffed chain and 12 and a half percent more teeth on the rear sprocket turned about 94HP, after-market pipes would make a difference. At the moment it's running a 2 into 1 as I've got one side blocked off while I play at changing the appearance and exhaust note of the mufflers. Thank goodness for the balance tube. So it's a bit throttled back by the orifice right now but still managed 200k's (closed road, honest) on a group run this evening.

And honestly, who wouldn't vote 1000cc if they were 4cc short?
Reality is an illusion encouraged by consensus.
