if your using windows XP then use windows movie maker. Just import the video then when you save to your computer it will ask you what quality you would like. A 15 minute video could take 30 min or more to compress. If you need some screenshots for instruction just ask.Originally Posted by Shade

15 minutes of high quality video will be about 200 megs. I wouldnt imagine you could get anything watchable below 100 megs. You could cut the parts of the video that arent needed though.
