Sounds like Euro sizing therefore

UK goes like this

Chest 36-38-40-42-44-46-48-50 thats inches
Waist 28-30-32-34-36-38-40-42 again in inches

so a average bloke of say 90 kgs would take a 44 Jacket and a 38 waist.

thats my take on it
