    No, they're more focussed on performance first. Cruisers are all about "the look" with performance a secondary consideration. Times are changing though, as we now have the emergence of the "performance cruiser", trying to combine "the look" with better dynamics. Still, all this seems to do is create yet another category of bike!

    RG500, plenty of those around in their day, not over priced paying for the badge either. The RGV500 is a factory GP bike, no comparison to any model Harley (or anything else for that matter) so no surprise they were unobtanium. NR750, well what can you say, oval piston superbike, can't really compare that to any model Harley? R7s were a homologation special... I think he's talking about the price of the average Harley vs the price of the avg jappa mate.... although Harleys are much more realistically priced these days aren't they??
