I've just worked it out - how many people had the Evel Knievel Stunt bike as a kid, cool wasn't it - how many people wanted it but had cheapo parents, yeah likewise.

damn I'm getting one of those RC bikes

I went down to the warehouse today and looked at one, doesnt look too bad, but looks like it could break pretty easily though. I think ill stick to the real thing for a while.

Ok, made a vid tonight from some fucking around with the bike last night. Damage included 3 broken indicators and 1 mirror, but it still goes. Need to hop this thing up if I'm going to have any fun with it. Steering is terrible from std, I'll play around with it with some servos I've got from a couple of nitro cars. Also needs more power, I'll look into that. Anyway, here's the vid.

I used to have a Kyosho r/c NSR500, they were the biz in their day. Lots of hopups available and one of the smallest actual chains you'll ever see.
A mate sent me these pics of a R/C Gas powered home built 94 NSR500 rep.
Awesome, I'd love to se it going......

Yeah I saw that link. I've got a couple of nitro cars that I could get a better servo for the steering from. I'll have a couple more runs with it then pull it apart and see what can be done. Hmmm, got a nitro engine with two speed tranny, I wonder if I could squease that setup inside it....

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.
