    It's Arrived

I picked it up today. A bloody cold 220 km ride to Dunedin, -7C when I left home this morning, then it got colder from there. My breath condensed to ice on the inside of my visor. But it was worth it and the ride home was great.

So here is my new baby.

Its the thou. DL1000K6. I didn't really care whether it was Red or Black, but I wasn't so keen on the Grey colour. The red does look smart though.

The red is the better colour by far. Are there any pipes, cans or mods to get the v twin sound out?

No mods of that nature. I will be fitting Givi luggage, a scott-oiler and the center stand, but that is all.

Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, .... but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out,... shouting "man, what a ride"!!!
