    To paint or not....

Ok,, im at a crossroad,, so im thinkin do i get a new bike, or simply paint mine, a freaky colour (like black) or to match me highlights---
now i know for resale, bla bla bla, ya wont get ya money back bla bla...etc etc..but its firken yella, and im getting sick of it, a new bike doesnt really offer me much apart thats its new" as far as power i dont think there is much point , i cant handle the power of the current one"
so i guess im asking for opinions--???!!!!!!

Sell it - get big bro to find you a K6 750 and ride that.

Or sell it and buy another one in a colour you like.

Paint it.. I'll be getting mine done for the 2nd time in a few months fuckdarnit....

So much better knowing you have a once off. And a black gixxer isn't a once off. Neither is a black zxr250. But a 'black with faint suzuki style blue pearl and orange/silver stickers' is.

Or you could streetfighter it to be a real pro... Saves paint money.. spend it on gofast bits.

1k ish roughly for a good job that makes it stand out. Check out the black with copper pearl... looks nice man.

Yeah paint the muther! It'll cost you much more to upgrade and "for what?" as you say.

Any 'manly' colour will do just fine!

PM Crazefox (wellington) he may not be able to do the job for ya, but he should be able to give you the low down...

How about black with purple pearl overlay?

Yup second that - There's a KB'er here who works for a place called Attract Promotions http://www.attractpromotions.co.nz/

Apart from the girly bits they also do vinyl coverings which look exactly like a paint job.

Don't know the costs - you'll have to ask them.

Cover it in vinyl - any colour/graphics/design you want. Ride it around then take it off to reveal a brand spanking new paintjob underneath before selling.

I've seen the bike of the KB'er mentioned above - the finish is more matt than smooth but it looks pretty good for what you pay for it.

Also ask Zapf which vinyl shop he went to.
