I had an highside to lowside slide today (wtf..) which I managed to recover with my left hand and slider on the ground (when I landed back on the bike)... I still can't really explain how it happened and how I got it back.... but i'm a little sore on my inside right knee and left part of the hip.. - pretty fucked up way to get into shit and recover.
