    Road to Timaru, status? (4 July)

    anybody know what the road to timaru is like?, thinking about heading down there this weekend to catch up with a friend, want to take the bike.
    whats the road like, much ice?.

    Meant to sleet and snow today dude. I would suggest a car trip aye. BTW, I tweaked your Myspage page a bit and got the font a bit more readable. What day you going down and coming back?

    Nah it'll be OK, the Ice if any will be just in the usual spots during winter (shaded areas, bridges etc).

    Nothing wrong with Ice Bowl round tonight and I can see what the long range forecast will be doing.

    Usually the roads get gritted to the shithouse anyway so should'nt be a bother. anytime between sunup and 10.00am can be the trickyest time. it'll depend on the time and day you go down.

    i gettin it cheap, maybe $15-20 for two stickers to right along the tail piece of the bike on both sides
