    Manawatu weather

It's been pissing down. Roads are closed all over the shop. Tomorrow is Saturday and the day after is Sunday, my compulsory riding day. All is fine with the world.

Judging by what I've just seen on the tele, you might be doing your riding in a boat

If my nose was running money, I'd blow it all on you...

The CX has been refered to as a whale. Does that count?

You couldn't get your hands on an HD to use as an anchor, could you?

Tis funny how the Suzukis at work are all hidden under cover but the CX is left out in the weather and starts up first push of the button. Fucken thing. Maybe it's this character V-twin thing I keep hearing about.
A bloody danger to small children and cuddly furry animals it is. Totally unacceptable for something so old and ugly. They do say the rides are reflection of their owners, or was that pets...................

my suzuki sits out in all weather [to my dislike!] and starts first pop. in saying that, if i could have her under shelter i would, but only cos a wet seat is not fun, lol.

I've got to get to wanganui tomorrow non negotiably. I hope the roads open or out comes some pipe and i'll be snorkelling my way through. Not worried about the rain, just don't wanna put the radar detector underwater!

If it isn't one thing it is another around here at the moment. The wind is whistling past here at very high knots. Not too keen to take the bike out on my faviourite loop incase a tree has up rooted itself, or half a bank has come down on a blind corner.
I guess I will sit here, surfing the net, and watch the rudby tonight.

I will defer my speedo cable testing until tomorrow.
