I'd like to kick those shits arses just for upsetting my gran. I don't care if it's society's f**ing fault that they turned out that way or not, those kids are a problem that needs to be dealt with.

Man I'm fucking pissed (and have been for a couple of days so excuse the grumpy posts.... )
No shame to love your gran mate..... Nor be upset at her passing, it makes you officially human! In fact - well done, you passed the test!

But I agree with your second part. Shoot the barstards, but make sure they are treated just how they treat others just before they die...
Certainly no-one here is supporting them....but let's face it, NannyState has made it just that bit easier for this sort of thing to happen. The consequences if/when caught are laughable, so where's the deterrent? We all bitch and moan and threaten, but what is the Sensible Sentencing Trust viewed as? Over-the-top reactionaries or parochial red-necks.
Until society REALLY says it's had enough, nothing will change.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

I am closer to the age of the victim (and closing in fast) than most of you on KB, so do you think I should get a bloody big stick and go out and deal to the little bastards while I can?

It would be cheaper and warmer to go to jail than to book into a retirement village or a home for the elderly for the rest of my life!
Uncle Helen and her mates make committing murder a very attractive option in our old age!

The biggest worry would be the parole boards letting you out before you can die.

    Labour? yeah right.

Sentences have always been the same but whats changed is we have the children of life long crims or dole bludgers who never recieved any decent parenting and are utterly disconnected from 'society' ....

I feel sorry for them but only like I feel sorry for a racehorse with a broken leg.. Sorry bud, it's a shit hand you have been dealt but thems the breaks (ho ho) and it's gunna cost more than you are worth to mend it so... click ... boom... 95c solution

No mate, they only let you out now when you have learnt to grunt a few words in maori so you can speak at the Powhiri so if you can resist that you should be OK for years...

    Now your talking.
Make the justice fit the crime...........life for a life, that sort of thing.
Bring back chain gangs, hard labour or even ship the bastards off to some remote island away from society.
They need to make prisons a very uncomfortable place to be. No TV, No heated floors......just a box with a basin and a pisser in it.

I have no faith in the justice system. Criminals shouldn't have rights.
If this happened to my Mum, I'd be handing out my own special brand of justice
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy

My understanding is that skate boards are legally classifed as a (non motor) vehicle, and thus are subject to the "normal" speed limits. I have not checked this though, so I am open to correction.

I doubt that there would be a sufficient market to warrant development, though it is probably possible for a skate board to break a speed limit. 30kph road works, 20 kph past an accident, and some quite low ones in supermarket car parks. So, technically possible.

Yep, brought it on herself, what the hell was a honky doing living in Flaxmere? Oh, I know, she was probably on a benefit herself.

Little shits, bad enough to rob anyone, but a woman of her age? Just shows how tough they really are - bet they wouldn't try it with a Jake the Muss lookalike.
Yes, I am pedantic about spelling and grammar so get used to it!

Now you're talking. Just turn the spikes around 90 degress and we could take the little shits out too. Full power phazer shots for using the footpath. Unpaid parking fines? No problem - mini clamps. Pants around your ankles? Instant fine for exposure.

    Go get em!

This is an unavoidable result of any Welfare State.
