If you wanted to pull his string, tell him your brother who is an FBI agent is in London at the moment working on an international car theft ring and he would be more than happy to check the bike over.

bloody scammers!! top marks for reporting him/her so they find it harder to try it again.
While I can understand why You would be annoyed at them... I can't support the 'slant-eye' comment, some of our own top kb brothers are of asian descent. See it works like this... You reap what You sow.

i think that may be a story bro? at which point did i ask for his life story? I asked if i could see the bike, then i am told that the bike is in London, he is in the USA so no, i can't see the bike. I don't believe anything in the email other then he wants money for nothing and his cheques for free.

If the story were true, and you were in his situation, wouldn't you simply say, the bike is not in NZ, its in London and due to family issues it would be difficult to continue with any transaction at this time, sorry.

I agree with Frosty. String him out and have some fun.
Don't forget to sign up his email address with one of the alien abduction forums. When he starts getting the "anal probe" surveys, it should occupy even more of his time.

As I have told you the Moto is localised in London, United Kingdom and it have the registration United Kingdom. I live in the USA, the moto belongs to my brother who lived in London, United Kingdom. It died in an accident of Moto. Like it be not marrie and no family in London, United Kingdom, I ocupee of the funeral I went back myself to the USA and because I cannot take all his things in America with me I want to sell them, (car, motor bike, house, etc). I want to sell it and I can same arrange the delivery in any country of EU, of Asian or European countries of are or in the United States (did not mnais in Africa because of swindles which this pase… has ivory dimension.). I think that the best way will be to meet us in London, United Kingdom to make the deal, but I want to be sure that you are a purchaser serioux because last week a person of Germany said that he wants to buy the moto, I said well that we will meet in London, United Kingdom and we will make this deal. After I arrived at London, United Kingdom and I did not find the purchaser over there and it never answers my e-mail, that was blaque stupid, I lost 1000$ for nothing. I can come in London, United Kingdom for you, but as a guarantee that you are a true purchaser and you have money (in liquid) for the moto I required that you arrange a deposit paid on your name. After, for your guarantee, I will send the documents of the moto to you. With regard to the deposit, there is a service very fast and easy to use, this name of service is Western Union, it is a service which you can send money 190 countries and you will find in Poste.Allwhat you must make is to go to nearest Poste in your city with a friend or your wife… and your friend by example will send the money in London, United Kingdom at your name like beneficiar in London, United Kingdom, your wife or your friend will be the shipper. I say that you do this because I want to be 100% sure that you will be in London, United Kingdom because once the money is sent you must be in London, United Kingdom and take the money! ! After the transfer is made I will want that you sent to me a scan of receipt of transfaire by Western and I can check with an agency of W.U in London, United Kingdom to be confirmed! ! After I check and all is well us let us can meet in London, United Kingdom to conclude the business. Thank you tell me if you agree because I want sell it quickli.
What a load of utter codswallop!

Unfortunately people like him go to a lot of trouble to make these stories up because they are somewhat successful at it. Even if 1 out of 10,000 prospective buyers reads that ad and pays up, the conman makes a huge profit...until he gets caught.
