Glad to know that the mentor system is working for you. Mstrs was/is my unofficial mentor. I have learned heaps - but still so much to learn. He is standing here saying "... is a complete bastard who pushes me beyond my comfort limits.. but, it works". Couldn't have put it better myself!

The Mrs and I had a mentor session with Uncle B this afternoon.
What a great session. In a short space of time learnt plenty of little hints and tips and our riding is already better![]()
We will be out practicing the words of wisdom over the next few weeks and are looking forward to the next session..
Cheers Uncle B, you are a great teacher.
Hey There Mr and Mrs Kd, and Uncle B, good to see you all had a good afternoon with your Mentor....wax on wax off......smooth on smooth off.Originally Posted by Kendog

about the mentor thing, i applied to the 'newbie' thingy a while back.. it hasn't been 'ticked off' as an ok, and I haven't been assigned a mentor.. I've just gone from a commuter style bike to a sprotbike, so please, I need a mentor, cause the leaning angles, corner speeds etc are too much for my mind to grasp properly, and my speeds have slowed down dramatically, so yeah.. thanks..

Its been changed for the better, now you as the newbie go to the mentors and ask for assistance. we are upgrading the requirements to be a mentor also and will be doing this soon, for now choose a mentor who suits and organise it with them.Originally Posted by ZeroIndex
