Just heard on the radio, my road is flooded.

My road is about 7 kms long, so I'm hoping its the other end from me that slopes down.

Good on ya Str8. I take it easy and take the train and leave my babies all warm and dry in the garage.

I'm looking forward to it :-)

The only down side is I am going to have to dry out my stinking jacket. and it does stink, despite good advice from somewhere around here.

Good grief. A bit of rain and wind.

    What are you lot?

Str8 Jacket has the only valid excuse here (bike weighs less than a mountainbike). You others should be ashamed of yourselves...
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

Yeah, I rode yesterday but the forecast gale force southerlies made me decide on the bus today. Word from Eastbourne is that there is surface flooding on the road and further danger of the slip in Sunshine Bay coming over the road. Hope I can get home!
