... I thought you guys might be interested in seeing the video a mate took at the Nurburgring earlier this year:

Towards the end of the lap they catch up with the 'ring Taxi (BMW M5 E60 I think) driven by the lovely Sabbine - hell, that woman can drive

Unfortunately, I was finishing my laps about a minute and 30 seconds after Doohan and Dunc - lots to learn yet - but it's an amazing place to view the different characteristics of bikes and cars

Man, I'd love one of those to play in. I was lucky enough to cadge a couple of passenger laps in one at a trackday last year - jeeeeeeesus, could that thing move, and it didn't have the supercharger option fitted

The nearest I'll ever get to ownership is in Gran Turismo though, lol

was thinking "Doesn't seem all that fast..." until I realised the tacho is in MPH~!

Yup, MPH, the boys can move. I think the camera lens give an artificially slow impression.

(Doohan won the first ever european Canonball Run last year. I hate people with talent, lol)
