This is quite a long shot but NZ is a small place so he can run but he can't hide forever.

I have a photo but shouldn't really post it unless its a PM.

Any information greatly appreciated and will certainly shout a few beers.
Another update - this guy is still not paying and now I have to fork out about $300 to have him served for contempt.

And what will that achieve - sweet FA. The Judge will probably just make an order to start paying me......(if they can find him)

HELLO !! He hasn't been paying me so far, what good will another little telling off do.

Anyone knowing this guys whereabouts, please let me know.

Um, slightly off topic, but -- thers is a warrant out for his arrest ? And he's on a benefit ? If he's on a benefit, he must have an address, so why can't the police use that to pick him up ?

I've resurrected an old post - I'm not sure if there are any warrants still out for him.

AND - simply having a warrant out for your arrest does not mean the Police will come looking - it depends on the crime.

Basically, if he was picked up during a routine traffic stop etc and was identified, he would have been arrested.

He last told me he was going to be studying (butchery or construction) in the Wellington area.

P.S - This is a good advert for having comprehensive insurance !!

I wouldn't waste time with legal channels. Only ones winning are the court staff (who can justify their jobs) and maybe the lawyers involved. Not to mention the collosal waste of your time, money and energy. Just find the fella and do some of that fancy shit. Just make sure you were out with a whole bunch of mates at the time, who all remember exactly where you were at the exact time when he repeatedly headbutted someone else's knee.

I'm assuming he doesn't know where you live or what you currently ride?

Legal channels do seem to be a waste of time - I'm trying not too waste too much of mine, but it's the cost that is the biggest put off. Not too keen on throwing good money after bad.

I doubt the guy has much to offer, should a friendly visit occur.

He does know where I live as he got copies of the application forms - thanks NZ Justice System !! Hence not too keen on a 'friendly visit' as it could come back to bite.
