By the way, back to the stoppies.
If i EVER got the Guzzi to come up to the heights that were mentioned, well
I think it would be a case of "Its all fun and games till some one gets hurt"
They look good when done smoothly, especially when someone does one right next to you at a stop. Personally I don't even try them...no reason really.Originally Posted by Two Smoker

The only reason I only ride in the Iron man Class is I have no friends left to enter the two man events,
my own fault really.

Not to great for the fork's on road bike's . not really made for that / plus a excellent way to shorten the head set bearing's life . Never tryed that hard to do them on my roady's but did the odd one or two on my Motard TT600 & dike bikes . Still like to watch other's doing the thou . Even better when they endo NiceSensei

Yep I got it entirely wrong doing a stoppie-got multiple fractures in my arm to prove it. Biggest problem was the location I (UNWILLINGY) chose to break the aforementioned arm, try riding from half way across the napier-Taupo road to Napier (the hilly windy bit) with a multiple fractured right(brake an throttle) arm and a banged up VFR 750. Needless to say I do very careful stoppies now if I do them at all!
