    i was thinking of buying this for a first bike and restoring the older bike.

    does it seem a viable option

    (i am not interested in opinions on the legalities of a learner on a 400)

    sounds a dubious but at $220 bid at present would be cheap enough

    Or you could look for a particularly nasty looking, customised ZXR. I hear they can't give the fuckers away......
