I have had a very nice email back from Leah.
Yes the comment was made "tongue-in-cheek", and she hopes that drivers do not take her seriously over it.
I think the Colemans representative should have nipped the issue in the bud, by saying something at the time. In fact ANYTHING, not just sales talk... thats SARGE's job anyway!!!
