    Sunny Saturday FC Ride

Bit of start, but looked like a great day ahead.

Rode solo over to Kawakawa Bay, cool to watch rise over the hills, not many bikes out yet.. rode round some back roads for a bit then over to Auotbahn for Caffine..made contact with a Fight Club Brother and arranged to meet down on 22...At Pukekawa.. while waiting for him another kber who I have not seen for a while stopped for a chat.. we teamed up when the FC brother arrived.. Along 22 and off Herthington rd -Rotowaro- Glen Afton- Pukemiro-Glen Massey and along to Ngaruawahia.. refuel and a bit of a yarn at the BP(strange not many bikes out today) back down Waingaro and on to 22.. At this point the rider of the day showed us what a Bus can do... bloody awesome pace Rendy ..

On the way back we noted one of our group having some tyre issues- so he returned to the smoke the two of us took Mercer ferry rd to Mercer... at this point my mate headed home.. I took Koheroa rd to H/way 2 and out to Mangatangi- Miranda- stopped for yummy chips.. then along the coast back to Kawkawa bay-Clevedon-over the big Hill to Hunua-Paparimu- happy valley-Paparata and Bombay and home.

A bloody great day with some great Co-- thanks guys

Rider of the Day , without doubt Marmoot and his Bus..aaaaaa

    tyre issue.....LOL
I'm still laughing about that one.
That's the second occurence of the said-issue that I have witnessed.

Yes, that was a great ride. Slightly windy to dry up the road nicely, but not too windy. What a lucky winter we are having so far........

Couldn't wait until next week. Should've txt me if you go around the sunrise, Dave. Kawa2x bay is great in the clear morning

That would entail shaving my legs & putting on some weight.

So far all I have done for you is [I]lose[I] some weight, gain some fitness and get a serious tan. I have really made an effort - its cost me thousands
