i saw a couple of marked cars and a cop bike that looked like they had just apprehended an angry skater boi who had made a run down the side of the north western.

If you wait for me on straight section between the Manuka Gorge and Milton late on Wednesday morning I may be able to oblige.

Too early for me but I could try and oblige?

How about coming down the Rongahere way and stop in for a coffee? I don't start work until 3pm.

Sorry, but we'll be heading straight to Dunedin. The bike will be due for its first service and Mrs J wants to visit her Mum in Dunedin Hospital. So we have to be in there by Midday.

Probably be heading back home late afternoon if a certain Snr Sgt doesn't delay us on the way.

Apparently someone was asked by Mr. Plod "how fast did you get this beauty upto?"
Biker: "Why officer this only does 100kph max, you see its limited by the throttle"
Plod: "I lost him at 180, so he must've been doing more than 200+ (gives uneasy smile)"
Biker: "Wow, must've been the other two bikee holigans"
Plod: "Well, I'm not sure who it was, I lost him but have a nice day an watch ya speed, understand?"
    Biker: "Yes, officer"

Certainly a waste of "pig" resources.
I'm getting worried about your lack of self-esteem. They are Police Officers, not pigs.
