I have just this second clicked why there was a "?Motorbike" entry in my diary for Monday.

I put the question marks in if they are not confirmed yet and couldn't for the life of me work out what this one was for.

So I've got 3 jobs booked for that day

I could head over at about 4pm though...

    Hi John,

Sorry, I took pix on the middle part of the ride yesterday, and was asked to set up a new thread for the trips progress. Link to the new thread and the photos is here.

Regards, Stu ( Sorry we missed you )

It was not you guy's on the Passes Tour that missed me, it was the Dunedin support riders that came up to Otematata after you had gone on your way!

I was unable to come down to see you guy's off because of family commitments on Sunday, mom and I were going to meet you and ride across Myers Pass and see you guy's off over the Haka Pass but we got waylaid unfortunately.

We are hoping to hook up with you on the way back through here.

Nighthawk and company don't know where we live so I was just at them because I was disappointed not to see them up here when they were so close!

Look after my mate Jeff, he's a new KB'r too now (but a long time rider) and good guy to ride with. Keep having fun! Cheers John.

Gebbies pass Dyers pass Evans pass

When people ride some of the lesser known Banks Peninsula roads for the
first time it always surprises me how much something we in ChCh take for granted affects them.

You lucky buggers, wish I could ride with you. Maybe next year, as I'm buying a V-Strom.
