    Hastings couple hurt in crash...??

Did a search but couldn't find this in any other threads...

    Dominion Post, 31 July.

    Bikers Hurt in Crash

"A husband and wife were airlifted to hospital after their motorcycle hit a car on State Highway 1 north of Paraparaumu on Saturday. The couple, from Hastings, suffered serious leg injuries and were flown to Wellignton Hospital in the Westpac rescue helicopter. The driver of the car suffered minor injuries and was taken to Kenepuru Community Hosptial."

Anyone know who these people were? Are they two of ours?

My daughter drove past it when the ambos were there - I had a panicky phonecall from her (she's not up with bike types) We later worked out the bike was a prolly a cruiser - maybe HD.
