    WELLINGTON RIDING: keeps things interesting

Hiya wellingtonain riders, made it up at last, had a month and a half without my baby, (talk about cranky -major withdrawal symptoms) Anyways i got off the ferry and proceeded to get back in touch with my inner child, cruised around the bays following some boy-racers, we got pulled over by a patrolcar near islanbay, and the car got ticketed, i had a good yarn with the officer, had some good tips for a country boy in the big city... gonna take out my silliness on a track day when i can afford it.

BUT the point here is that Wellington roads are mad fun! the challenge of surviving peak traffic, and the motorway madness is so exhillarating, it really keeps things interesting and makes me appreciate the manouverability of my bike soooo much more. I haven't had here over the Takas yet but gimme a week or two (need a servicing) and the available cash an il b out exploring further afield. My favourite bit so far is the road after wok from orienal prade, rup round the hill to Hataitai, oh yeah the road out to Makara vai karori, is insane, shame about all the crap on the roads from slips wih all he rain lately... have been meeting the odd chatty rider here and there, and the dude at Wellington m'cycles have been really friendly, Good buggers let me take a ride on the Daytona 675 triple demo bike... phwoar... what a mean as wee bike, stops goes, and feels like my 250 size-wise. go buy one you won't be disapointed! :

See you out an about on the road guys an girls. Beware the cage!
