Cloudy periods over the rest of the South Island east coast and mostly fine elsewhere.

There have been other rides on at the same time and people have continued to do the ATNR. Everyone knows the roads so it becomes a safe ride. Seems like evertime Steve leads we go a new route - then back again to the correct turn off.

The ATNR this week will still be on this Thursday as per the norm. (Providing the weather plays ball.......)

Sure, some members are saying 'leave the ATNR alone'. They have seen it before with new riders trying to change the route and meeting place/time etc... The ATNR is based on the 'if its not broke, dont fix it' theory. I know its not fair on you newish guys but as soon as someone else new comes along - do we have to change things to suit them?

Hope this clarifies and not angerfies.........

I dont consider myself senior just yet (I still like to consider myself young) but you have hit the nail on the head.

So cause Qkkid is worried about losing his last demerits there is a good chanace the route will be come repetative cause someone with direction will be leading

Only moved to Auckland on Saturday, so need to make some new friends/learn the good roads.
