I am sick of loosing the road due to fog on the inside of my visor so went into Motomail and asked their advice.
They sold me one of the above.
They are a light sensitive plastic liner which sticks to the inside of your visor and I guess is treated somehow.
A bit tricky to fit as you have about .5mm tollerance on the Shoei helmet which I have. It is not so much getting the right mark to fit it to, but actually getting it positioned correctly due to the curvature in the visor.
Does it work?
Hell yeah, awesome!!
One of the best accessories I have purchased and $30.00 well spent. Small price for the added safety.
As to the light sensitivity, it appears adequate. Not fully clear by night, but you get more light in because virtually your whole visor is fog free and it is adequate for protection by day. That said Haven't been out real bright sun light yet, has anyone in Auckland recently?
Motomail is having a sale in the weekend so will probably be cheaper then.
