I have no doubt in my mind there is a dna out there that can do 140. My runner would get to 70 or so well but anything after that was a strugle and it was faster than most other runners around. A runner is a similiar motor but its two stroke not four.

    It did 130 as standard,

Im keeping it all hush hush until Scooterfest and its feature in Petrol magazine

A fully tuned dna will do 160, with the longer straight tooth gearing.

It also beats 2t 180 from the lights (which im suprised at myself)

a tuned 50cc can put out 25hp, and a mildly tuned one (MHR/EVO 68 barrel + gear up) can reach 70mph easily enough...

    whoever said Scooters were slow?

So a standard gilera 180 dna is faster than a runner? because my runner would only do 128km/hr (gps).

    clock speed of course.

A 180 4t and 180 2t will be neck and neck until about 70mph, then the 2t will pull away.

Just like a tuned 210 4t, will be just as fast as a tuned 172 2t, until about 70mph.

I have ridden a dna 210 and runner 172 and can personally vouch for that.

2t's put out higher figures on the dyno though, but the 4ts have heaps of torque.

no idea, going to run it on a dyno when its finished.

the full list of then will be:
    Malossi Digitronic CDI
    Malossi E13 Air filter
    Malossi Powercam camshaft
    Malossi Titanium valve springs
    Malossi Torque Driver
    Malossi Delta Clutch
    Malossi Contrast spring
    Malossi 10g Rollers
    Malossi Multivar Variator
    Malossi Racing front disk
    Braking Race syntered front pads
    Scorpion stainless Zaust system
May add a 34mm carb to that list, but $600... jeees

The 180 dna's transmission is pretty lazy compared to the 125, with lighter rollers that perk up a hell of a lot.

    Back on topic.

Phone waitakere district court, asked for the form, they fobbed me off and gave me LTNZ's number, they told me its nothing to do with them, see the court.
Rang the court back, and had luck this time.

So anyone looking for the form in the Waitakere area, on the 1st floor, go to the criminal counter and ask for Marina (if thats how you spell it), lodging fee is $150 that you can pay there and then. Then when you have a completed form and avidavvit (spelling?) you then go to the police station for them to approve. Court date is usually 2 weeks after you lodge the fee.

Anyone want me to post a copy of the form on here when I pick it up?

Yeah, please do, I was after a copy for records, seeing as court workers are sometimes quite reluctant to give them (presumably they don't know about them, and don't want to sound ignorant, so deny the existance thereof)
