Then again having been into that Post Office a number of times (its my local) I am not surprised they didnt recognise Kevin Milne or the fact that there was a dirty great big TVNZ van outside and a camera in their faces

LTSA doesn't care so long as someone pays the registration. Your name on the LTSA papers doesn't in fact mean you own the vehicle. Ask any finance company that!
