    cheers guys,

still got an overheating issue though.....

dropped the coolant out the other night to find theres NO GREEN STUFF!

***would this have caused an overheating situation???

have a mate with a pressure tester I can borrow so will be re-filling with the good stuff tonight, warm her up and test it.

before I start stripping it down and testing it piece by piece.

    cheers
    Adam

Yes, as the Anti Freeze is also Anti boil. While you are at it ensure the seal on the cap is good.
Also, when you refill the system make sure you get all the air bubbles out, as your water pump doesn't pump air very well. Don't know 100% how to do it on the 250's so somebody might have some good hints on it (and I'm lazy and get the shop to do it on the 600 while they are there).

Hope this sorts it for the little rocket.

Hi guys found a link for the Honda Common Service Manual if you are keen.

The manual is about half way down the page. I think it is the same as the one Adam has? Not sure, but it will help.

This site has some great tips in it too.
