Project DR is underway

Just waiting on the bike bits coming out of New Plymouth, but I'm off to ChCh Thursday and Friday, but I think the bike should arrive while I'm away, and the first major update will be Saturday 25th guys. Sorry about the drought, I have been waiting for the goodies to show up, and getting frustrated too.

If it helps (seldom does I find) you're not the only one. My ex filed papers to change the terms of her access, filled it with a bunch of bs, and will drag things out coz her and her bum husband can afford to with legal aid paying their expences. While Jay and I have to spend out hard earned (and sacrificed) dollars on lawyers fighting her. Rather than spending the money where it should be spent, on the boys.

Thanks Ghosty, this problem has been going on for nigh on 7 months, since my brother left her. She's extremely violent, and mentally ill, which makes for a wonderful combination. She is currently telling my side of the family that we are all a pack of bastards, and that my brother is the son of satan.

Hope your situation turns out for the best, mine's just reached it's critical mass point, and the whole family is stretched to its limit.

Cops are heavily involved, but mental health services have pretty much washed their hands of her, as she has yet to actually stick a knife in someones gut, at which point, the knee-jerk mental health system we enjoy in NZ, will suddenly come charging in to "save the day", when in actual fact they could have prevented it in the first place.

At this point, unless I can get her out of Nelson, I will move to another town, as will my brother.

Don't get me wrong, the pain of separation must be a stinker, but after a few months, you would expect most sane people to cut their losses, and and least try to retain some form of amicable contact with the other party, and allow access to any children involved. This woman is stalking my brothers new partner, and has attempted to physically attack her as well, and this was 6 months after the initial split, we are now looking down the barrell of month number 8, and she is angrier, and more psychotic now, than ever before.

Hate is not a word I like to use, it is an ugly, destructive, unproductive word, but I hate what this woman is doing to my family, and to some degree, I hate her as well.

There, I vented, sometimes it helps to write things down, then read what you've written, to get some of it out in the open.

Kinda looking that way cheese. I am busy gathering more money as time goes on though, so that's good. I need to get a mountain bike though, a cheapie, but a goodie, if such a thing exists. So I'm kinda focused on that atm.

As unfortunate as it is for me to say, Project DR looks to be dying before it's completion. Due to circumstances outside of my control, I no longer have the ability to fund the completion of it, and am therefore negotiating the sale of the completed rolling frame, and parts.

Sad day indeed.
