    XR200R forks

    does anyone have the special tool or any tips on how to get the bottom bolt out of the forks on a XR200R 84 (RFVC one)?

    you mean the cap scew in the bottom of the leg so you can disassemble the forks?

    Shove a broom handle (suitably modifed to fit) down inside the fork leg to hold the damper rod while you undo the bolt
