Ouch, I hate it when that happens.

It wouldn't have been on the Palmy side of the Bulls bridge by chance?
I run (yes, on my feet) across that intersection today, and was amazed by the amount of rocks on the road.

Hope the leg feels better soon.

thats exactly where it was. the rock actually hit the numb/scarred part of my leg from last years off...no wonder it hurt so bloody much...reminded me it is alive! they must have spilled off a truck perhaps? never had anything like that before.

Get his address from the post shop. call the fire brigade saying there is a fire at his addy. Burn his car.
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot

Yep, got a few old scars myself that are a bit tender at times (No, I'm not being crude).
Yes it would have spilled off a truck. There is a gravel pit 500m down that road (Tangimoana Road) where they are crushing shingle at the moment.
It can happen. I've been hit a few times by rocks, birds, dogs, and once a Rabbit in the shoulder (Hawk failed to lift it high off the road fast enough).

I will make a point of going down to talk to the Site manager for you on Monday, and see if we can get all the rubbish on that intersection cleaned up.
I work at Ohakea, and run past there Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. Not to mention ride over the stuff twice a day, and it is getting bad.

or... get his address from the post office, and 'spill' some liquid on his car.... namely brake fluid ever seen that stuff go to work on a car? he'll never get it fixed.. I've never actually done this, just heard about it from a crazy lunatic at work (who keeps talking about all these bombs and stuff he's been/planning on making..

..and mark: sorry to hear about dolt cagers.. glad you missed that bottle.. talking about bikes.. looks like I may need to get new fork seals sometime soon.. looks like you got rid of the bike just in time.. all the fairings got sent off to the plastic welders today, and I'm waiting for a bike wrecker to get in touch with me about a gas tank

A mate was at work and the young workers there decided to glad wrap his car, so he calmly asked them to remove it, they refused, so he grabed a screw driver asked again and they still refused so he put it through the sidewall of their car tires

Well, there is an Airbase with 800 people on it about a kilometre from that intersection, and about 1/4 of them use that intersection twice a day.
I live about 16k from it, but I care about the bits of tarmac we travel on everyday for the very reason that a stone fired to the throat hurts a lot more than a chip in the windscreen.

I wonder if skiddysinMark'sun***s remembers what/when/how it was that he did to really piss this road user off so much that he/she resorted to doing that?

    P.S. was the water salty???
