Dont forget to mention that failing to stop at the scene of an accident is a serious offence![]()

I dont know what its worth in fines/demerits but the offences were;
Failing to give way
Leaving the scene of an accident
And maybe dangerous driving or careless use
Looks like Ill have some cash for parts by the end of the week, must be time for a new paint job![]()
Heh, and no mention of your shoulder? You are truly a biker!I'm happy it worked out okay for you (but let's see the money first!

Get three quotes for the repairs, make sure you get REALY expensive ones too, and give him the option of which one he would like to pay...
Also find out how long it will take and get matching quotes for car or bike rental for your commute to and fro.
Did you go to A&E?
Hand him the bill for that too.
He didn’t give a fuck about you so don’t spear any feelings for him!
How long would you have been lying there with both your legs broken if it had come to that?
Best thing to do is approach him with an outlandishly large bill and let him panic a bit befor negotiating down to the actual cost, but do it now, the longer you leave it the harder it becomes and the more resilient they become to handing over any money.
And don’t let his "mate" do some half-assed job to get him out of the shit.
Any problems and give the company a call, talk to the boss and ask him for their insurance details as you are getting the run-around.
Good luck!
We all have our little obsessions...
Thanks for that, good idea![]()
As for his mate, how many mates do you have that you cant get holdof in a week and dont know where they live or work?
