    Try $2000 for a once only comprehensive course for a licence in Germany. We have it very easy on licence cost. Still, theirs is all at once, whereas we have it staggered

    Hmmm... yeah, that is pretty expensive. But I bet Germany is a better place to drive/ride than here, as far as the competency of drivers is concerned.
    ... and that's what I think.

    And pilots licences are sooo expensive too. Lets make them cheaper/easier as well.

    Not so sure about that, I can not remember which one, but one of the main manufacturers in Germany has its own crash crew to race to accident scenes to retrieve the vehicle/s to research the damage on them and the humans inside. If there werre few accidents surely it would not oay to have a crash crew on permanant stand by?
