    Now thats some serious project bike. I think you've pretty much nailed it Zed, id be curious to know how much machining was needed to do the single sided swingarm job. The other alternative to the Ducati swap might be something yoinked of a VFR? one of the newer 800s? might be an easier swap if its from the same maker? looks like the sub-frame has ben totally scrapped. Sexy

    here is the website on how to change the swingarm and you are bang on use a vfr swingarm as same shock mount etc go to the garage link and then blade mods and click swing arm
