    New use for old discs

    Greetings,

I recently had a colleague in my workshop who spotted my old ZX10 discs hanging up on the wall. He said he was looking for a clock for his workshop and commissioned me to make a clock out of one of them for him.

Thought I'd show you the result. I'm quite pleased with how it came out.
The white clock hands are a lot more visible than the photos show.

That is quite cool.. Very artistic!
    Should put them on trademe
It's been a rough day. I got up this morning, put on a shirt and a button fell off.
As I ran out the door, I picked up my briefcase, and the handle came off.
Now I'm afraid to go to the bathroom.

Cool looking clocks. Bit different from the wooden turned ones.

    Cheers,

My business that I'm developing is being artistic with carbon-fibre and aluminium. I recently did a clock for a CEO of a Computer Company out of C/F and aluminium.

I guess that is a blokey design,...

The clock I mentioned that made recently which had carbon-fibre in it as well was for a lady.
Was the first letter of her name.
The pics either side are print-outs from the design off the computer I originally did.
