GSX250 leaking petrol on Deven St - New Plymouth

Any one know who owns a GSX250 (Gray) in New Plymouth? There's one here that's leaking petrol all over the place. Owner no where to be found.

Fire truck is there to keep any eye out on things but the fuel line is split before the tap so not much they can really do with out pulling the tank etc off.
Life is difficult because it is non-linear.

pull the hose out and stick some sort of plug in the tank

or crimp the hose... jeez you'd think the firefighters would be able to come up with something to stop it leaking

I propose a controlled burn off....

Cable tie whipped tight around the hose would solve it. or tip the bike over

I'll bring the marsh mellows and a box of matches
Those who insist on perfect safety, don't have the balls to live in the real world.
