    07 Rm250 Vs 05 Rmz450

    Giday,

Just after some opinions really, At the moment i ride an 05 RMZ450 and am looking at riding more competively (clubman rider at mo) and have been thinking of getting a 07 RM250 as theyre a bit lighter and easier to move around in the bush and on the track. Has anyone heard anything about the 07 RM`s good or bad? How do they compare to the earlier rms and the rmz?

considering its still only 2006, i think youll be hard pressed to find many people with experience riding a 2007 model bike, being so new and all.

My cousin seems to like his. Already broke plastic bits when it was 3 days old. But can't really answer your questions about sorry.

    2's v 4's, it's a hard debate really.

From what I kow, the 450's are a bit of a bugger to move about in teh bush, but the 250's are still pretty nimble.

    Have you liked the 450?

The 450 has been good but is quite a big feeling bike to push around it definatly has shown me a thing or two. but i think the 250 will be a bit easier to move

what about a 250 4 stroke? you may find that the lack of power is made up in agility? how big are you though?

I am a big 4 stroker fan, so my opinion will just have the letters RMZ in it.

I have the '05 RM250 and its incredibly quick through the bush. Just needed correct springs for my weight and a revalve as do all MX bikes for forest riding. Now it rips!
