    Laverda SFC1000

If I was going to ride again - I would want this bike.......it is different, distinctive and looks set up for the track

The Laverda SFC 1000’s component list includes:

    - Öhlins Racing front fork with titanium nitride coating and special setup for super-smooth action.
    - Front brake with radial pump master cylinder, radial callipers and four pads.
    - Forged aluminium monolithic calliper mounting block for greater rigidity and braking stability.
    - Öhlins Racing rear monoshock set up specially for solo riding, with length adjustment as well as preload, compression and rebound adjustment.
    - Steering damper.
    - Thermoformed windshield with scratch-proof coating, designed for maximum transparency and visibility.
    - Carbon fibre front mudguard.
    - Carbon fibre rear mudguard.
    - Carbon fibre dashboard trim.
    - Aluminium oil reservoir with cooling fins.
    - Forged aluminium front wheel.
    - Forged aluminium rear wheel.

Speaking of which - I think the Ducati 999 looks like a Bionicle.

Good to see that others also know what they like...

I was just doing a search for triples and Laverda in particular and came across this site. Not a triple, but very desirable.

Originally this was an old thread, but seeing as it's now in production, you can read all about it here:

Here are some pictures for those who have never seen the new Laverda. It shares the same engine as the Aprilia RSV 1000:
