    Sale

I was reluctant to mention our sale at Amps, until I saw the Colemans ad. So if no-one objects.
Our sale runs till Saturday, among other things there's PC111's at $200 to $300 off. Micron cans at up to $300 off . Dynojet kits at $60 off and lots more.

Got no problem with bike shops posting sales in these forums. I just ask that they create a login using the shop name and use it for any shop related stuff. Also post it in the online trading section.

And if the post is nicely laid out and is a decent sale, then I might also put it on the homepage.

OK. Point taken. My post was personal because I thought some goodies were too cheap to miss. But I'll talk to management about a log in.

Just had a look and they have a great selection of micron race cans in alloy, carbon and titanium for most popular bikes all around the $500 mark.

They also have some generic slipons, cheapest alloys going for $318 through to titanium ones for $586!!

I'm gonna grab me one, just gotta check my pipe diameter when I get home.

Thanks for the advice. There is always a smart arse. So tell me, how did you get in the top ten most reputable member list again? Invariably, when I have witnessed anything less than positive comradely behaviour on this site, you have been involved and generally it has been directed to those who have aligned themselves with the Honda brand.

    Chill out.

    Oh dear.

Look, you're not supposed to take it seriously, OK? That goes for the Honda slagging, too. Hondas are fine motorcycles.

Online discussion, by established tradition, includes a healthy piss-taking component. The idea is to give and take in the intended spirit. Remember that thread about American bike forums, and why we think they're boring?

I do try and restrict my postings to stuff I'd be happy to say IRL, but naturally it's a little more difficult to convey the intended spirit when all one has is the written word.

Sweet as dude, life goes on. Grain of salt right? Thats the prob with e-mail & written postings - don't get to see the facial expressions or hear the intended tone.

    All good.
