Great night and ride everyone, I enjoyed myself immensely. Great turnout too, nice to see the 'rapa crew also.

My pleasure on the feedback Buck Buck, just more wheelies over the hill next time eh?

PS. Only 58 days to go everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thats the second week in a row I've said I'm coming and haven't made it. I'm not happy. Bronze pass wasn't pulled. I still had the green light from that end, just last minute things to sort out. Now I'm getting twitchy. I really need a decent ride!!

Looks like you guys had fun anyway

Good ride last night - we're starting to get pretty short of time at the tin hut though.

I talked to a few people about suspension set up, how messing with mine had made a huge difference that that there was a "l33t secret URL" that tells you how it's done. Kinda.

Yep! A very pleasant time. What better way to spend a balmy summer evening. Shame there's only three more left before DLS kicks in. Thanks go again to the main instigators from both sides of the hill. Cheers, Sel 'n Mel.

Don't like to see newbies on the sidelines though. Just muscle in...we don't bite. Well, Hitcher does..but then he's just a big bully!

Hey your a poet and you dont even know it!!!

When I came back down from the hill I have to say I was pleasently surprised by the amount of Welly People!! Good on ya!

With DLS coming in, will most certainly bring my camera next time, and set up somewhere on the hill to take piccies... although DLS isnt going to stop me from doing a Wed Night Ride still.

It was a great ride last night, except that it was a bit of a fiasco in terms of being a "group ride" for newbies (and there were a couple). A far cry from this. I think the main reason was because we didn't have a pre-ride briefing to tell everyone what was going on - having a "leader" is no use if nobody knows who it is! Let's fix that next time. Last night the leader arrived at the Tin Hut after the sweeper!
Otherwise, it was all good, and I look forward to next week.

Oh, and btw, the fish 'n' chips at the Tin Hut are gooood!

err.. that was partly my fault.

Slayer and I buggered off early from the top to get to the bottom to take some snaps. Not everyone realised this and so confusion got a foot in the door.

    Sorry
