before i know it hes wound it down, back up and there ya go! Oh well; i feel like a right kunt as it is.

i gotta get a couple of things of ma chest tho..

    • I respect Shauns gone out of his way and he probably feels like i've wasted his time, for that i apologise!
    • i did buy Shaun a bottle of half decent whiskey for his troubles and rode all the way to fukin never never land.. so it wasn't exactly free
    • I'm not the most capable of riders, only been riding a year and half so i wouldn't know good from bad in all honesty when it comes to hows the bike 'feeling'.. other than if and when its fucked! ( technically speaking )
    • The bike is heavier now, but i'm guessing its the tyres ( or profile ) of teh new tyre however im still as fast/slow as i was; i just adjust my style and get use to the feel.
    • i'm still alive and kicking and enjoying the bike and more likely than not, Shaun will get some $$$ from me for a shock ( if he's not too pissed to take ma money.. we know the strawberry blondes have a firey temper huh )

Hey, i'll hold ma hand up, i'm a kunt, a daft kunt and i apologise Shaun, i hope i havent offended you and by no means ANYONE take this as me not liking the work he did. fuck it.. im gonna go have a wank

Tosser, the whiskey was great, Gave it to my Bank manager

I'm not offended man, it is your bike and your life, if it was better before the tyre change handling wise, I know what to do to put it back that way, of Course I kept the notes, Just wanted you to shit for a bit

    Shaun,
My bike will be going back to the shop to get my leaking fork seals repaired again for the third time. If the problem is not fixed this time I will be requiring your services. I will keep in touch.

    Cheers
    Matt

Hey Boomer, you ride alright mate. I always tell people it takes a minimum of 5,000kms to get to know your bike well enough to push it harder and 10,000kms is way better.

At the end of the day, go out, enjoy yourself, try not to prove yourself to anyone, ride within your own personal limits, not someone elses and then you will be a round a long time to enjoy your motorcycling.

After the last Coro loop and watching yet another mate have a real bad accident, the roads just aren't up to going hard. One week they can be fine and the next week stuffed just where you don't expect it. It's becoming a game of Russian Roulette riding hard on the road.

Oh, didn't want to hijack your thread there Shaun.
If the destination is more important than the journey you aint a biker.

Yes - I just didn't ask it very well.

I've improved things on the damping and spring rate by customising components but fitting something with external adjustment is the ultimate answer and thats beyond my ability. I'm happy with the improvements made to the Triumph thus far but I want to make it better. I realise the results are pathetic compared to whats possible on modern vehicles. Certainly it's of limited interest to people and belongs elsewhere.

Take a look at bikes that peole like Sam Smith and Dave cole are racing, ( G50's) they have internalls from modern ie, 04-05 bikes fitted in an inverted manner, anything is possible Paul
